Gerty takes her final ride.

Gerty is super excited about the trip to California; she doesn't know she'll be in a paper bag inside a box for the whole trip. She decided to use her final ride in Texas as a chance to go where no Hotwheel Invisible Stunt Driver has ever gone before...My Neighbor's Boat! He's at work right now so he won't mind as long as Gerty and I don't break anything, let's hope.

Gerty prepares herself for the mental exhaustion waiting. She stretches her arms high above her head and touches her toes. (Not just good for invisible drivers - stretching is good for you too) Gerty proudly strides around the 2 inch hotwheel, she walks fast so this doesn't take long. She kicks the tires, yup still plastic and hops in. And the motorway goes wild! Gerty revs the engine and gives it a punch or two for the fans. Such a crowd pleaser. The tension hits the air as she drives to her starting point, the rudder. Pinto is positioned, Gerty is ready, fans are cheering, dogs are barking and away we go! Up Up Up, she dexterously maneuvers the rudder casing and picks up speed on the way down into the belly of the boat around the passenger seat, through the rope, slip sliding down the arm rail, a tight bank to left and three flips into the air to land clean on the console. She spins four 180's in a row, or one 760. Positioning herself for the next leap in her career, a huge chasm between the passenger console and the driver's seat. Sweat drips from her brow, her heart pumps heavy and fast. Blood flushes her face as she speeds to the end of the bar and flies through the air, 32 second hang time and lands with a crash into the driver's seat, luckily it's cushioned. And Gerty walks away unscathed. Her last Texas victory! See you on the flipside Gerty.
